Fashion product development and merchandising strategy .

Developed a Fall/Winter capsule collection for Target’s Universal Thread brand by conducting consumer research, creating a target customer profile, building trend, color, and mood boards, selecting fabrics and materials, designing a complete product assortment, and developing technical design documentation. The project included line planning, artist collaboration integration, tech pack creation, garment specifications, production costing analysis, and pricing strategy to balance design, quality, and profitability. This work strengthened my skills in product development, trend forecasting, consumer insights, assortment planning, and fashion business strategy.
